Nas Buffalo Linkstation Driver
We have a Buffalo Linkstation LS-WXL with a pair of 1Tb SATA drives in a Raid 0 stripe. Unfortunately transfer speed to this device is quite disappointing at an average of 11 MB/s. Other servers on the same network get speeds as follows: 62 MB/s - single SATA drive; 116 MB/s - mirrored 2 x SAS 10K; 156 MB/s - Raid 5, 3 x SAS 15K. Buffalo serial numbers are 14 digits with no letters in all cases. Click the 'i' information icon below for pictures. - Extract the downloaded file and run 'LSUpdater.exe'. When a LinkStation is detected, an update window will open. Select the LinkStation to update if multiple LinkStation are connected.
